Horst Construction is building a new, 27,000 sq. ft. home for Grace Bible Chapel in North East, MD. The $3.4 million project, designed by Cornerstone Design Architects, features a chapel, classrooms, a multipurpose room with one basketball court and two additional side courts, library, kitchen and kitchenette, offices, and second floor storage. Horst wins two projects at Millersville University valued at +$10 million
Horst Construction has been awarded two major renovation and expansion projects at Millersville University with a total contract value of more than $10 million.
The projects include The Anchor at Gordinier Hall, an 18,000 sq. ft. renovation to and expansion of the university’s 38-year-old dining facility. This $1.7 million project, which is scheduled for completion by August, will feature a new entrance, offices, café/food and lounge areas. Read more...

Horst Construction is the general contractor on two projects for the university, with a combined value of over $10 million dollars.Horst Construction has been awarded two major renovation and expansion projects at Millersville University with a total contract value of more than $10 million.
The projects include The Anchor at Gordinier Hall, an 18,000 sq. ft. renovation to and expansion of the university’s 38-year-old dining facility. This $1.7 million project, which is scheduled for completion by August, will feature a new entrance, offices, café/food and lounge areas.
In May, Horst Construction will begin construction of the school’s new Visual & Performing Arts Center — a 54,000 sq. ft. addition and 29,000 sq. ft. renovation to Alumni Hall and Lyte Auditorium. The cornerstone of this 18-month, $8.4 million project is a new 300-seat concert hall with a new entry area and lobby. A new rehearsal hall, art gallery and recording studio will also be constructed. Renovations include refurbishing the existing 675-seat auditorium, music studio and classrooms.

New Lititz church breaks ground on 2-phase project
Celebrate Life Christian Church, Lititz, PA, broke ground recently for its new 8,000 sq. ft. worship center, which will feature a new sanctuary and two-story core building in phase one of the project and a proposed family life center to be built during phase two. The first phase of the project is slated for completion this spring.
