Jason Hess

With nearly 20 years in the construction industry, Mr. Hess has a balanced and comprehensive approach to project management that lends itself well to leading the project management team at Horst Excavating. As the Director of Project Management, Jason provides overall leadership to the department and has total responsibility for managing excavating projects from start to finish. He not only holds his team accountable for keeping Horst’s projects on time and within budget, but also for the goal of exceeding client expectations and ensuring client satisfaction. Jason has made a reputation for himself based on his professionalism, attention to detail, and clear communication – ensuring projects are managed safely, efficiently, and with the highest level of quality.
