Horst Excavating was contracted by Pennsy Supply to expand their quarry located in Mechanicsburg, PA. The project required our team to blast and remove ground cover to unearth a new area for the extraction of materials. Excavated fill was then transported to the quarry lake for safe disposal. Not typically. Horst Excavating is a commercial excavator, meaning we focus primarily on projects for organizations, businesses, industrial facilities, schools, churches, etc. We do not do residential projects, except for working with developers creating large, residential communities.
