Horst Excavating is working with Penn Township on their Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) project, which aims to improve existing stormwater and sewer systems. This includes the restoration of the White Oak Road and the Loghes Drive stormwater basins. The Horst team is clearing the existing basins, installing new drainage infrastructure, and planting new vegetation to enhance filtration of particulates.
