Havre de Grace School Excavation

Harford County Public Schools chose Horst Excavating as the site contractor for their 240,000-sq. ft. middle and high school project. Sitework was completed adjacent to an existing and operational middle school, an activity center, the Amtrak rail line, and an existing and operational high school stadium. Managing erosion and safety were top priorities for this project.
