Horst Excavating was selected to complete the site work for Nichols-Bethel United Methodist Church as they added a Welcome Center to their existing church building in Odenton, MD. Horst Excavating was a part of the planning phase for this project and was able to act as consultants for this multi-year project. This project required a complex Regenerative Stormwater Conveyance System (Weir System) for inflow and infiltration. Horst Excavating received the necessary training and instruction to become certified to construct the Weir System – including seven pool sections – for this client.
