Gamesa Energy, USA selected Horst Excavating to provide the infrastructure, foundations, and electrical collection system for the North Allegheny Ridge and Allegheny Ridge Wind Farms in Portage, PA. Horst prepared the site with 32 miles of access road, excavated for cabling and controlled erosion.
