Horst Excavating and their project partners, Elizabethtown Borough and C.S. Davidson, were recognized for their impressive work on the Elizabethtown Train Station Site Improvements. The compact design of the parking facilities, combined with open space, trees and native landscape plantings result in a park-like setting. The award is sponsored by the Lancaster County Board of Commissioners and the Lancaster County Planning Commission.
